KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES Demonstrated technical and analytical capability. Proficient computer skills working with Microsoft Office, Autodesk/Civil-3D, and various modeling/simulation programs. This includes the ability to receive and immediately implement training on new software.
