JOB SUMMARY
The Warehouse Supervisor's primary responsibility is to provide management and coordination of the
various services and components of the Compassion Center warehouse.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS
• Loading and unloading pallets of product on semitrailers using pallet jacks and forklifts
• Screens requests for donation pickups
• Coordinates the logistics of One More Child donation pickups and deliveries
• Manages the inventory in the warehouse
• Directs the distribution of outgoing donations
• Supervises the warehouse staff
• Participates in screening partner agencies that receive from One More Child
• Supervises the volunteer coordinator, providing excellent volunteer opportunities
• Manages the facility, warehouse equipment, and transportation fleet
• Maintains a high level of safety in the warehouse
• Ensures safe food storage practices in the warehouse
• Ensures the warehouse is kept clean and well organized
• Perform other duties as assigned

SUMMARY
The Warehouse Coordinator has the primary task of receiving, storing, repairing, displaying and disposing of non-cash items. In addition, this person assists in maintaining the interior and exterior of the Thrift Store in a clean and orderly manner. The Warehouse Coordinator is directly responsible to the Thrift Store Manager. This position is eligible for overtime pay.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
The person filling this position must have a high school diploma or GED. Two years experience in a warehouse setting is preferred.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The following duties and responsibilities are given as examples of the various types of work performed in this position. Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned.
1. Receives, stores, cleans, and repairs donated items.
2. Arranges display and storage areas for maximum utilization.
3. Assists in maintaining a clean appearance of store and surrounding grounds.
4. Assists with loading and unloading items.
5. Must be familiar with the entire process of non-cash gifts and the operation of the Thrift Store.
6. Picks up and transports donated items.
7. Issues non-cash receipts to donors.
8. Assists in operating check out lanes, as needed.
9. Assists customers and donors promptly and courteously.
10. Assists in performing administrative duties, as needed.
11. Represents the Youth Ranches and Sheriffs Ranches Enterprises in a positive manner to donors, customers, and the general public and provides exceptional customer service.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

About the Role

Analyze trends and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 1 year of logistics, transportation, or last-mile delivery operations.
Ability to lead teams of 20 or more frontline employees in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proven ability to create partnerships and build consensus across different levels of an organization
Proficiency in logistics software, route optimization tools, and data analysis (Excel/Google Sheets required).
Ability to Travel to different warehouses within the same region as required.
Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules as required by business needs.
Ability to travel within the region and work on-site at multiple facilities.
Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing/walking for extended periods.

Compensation Range
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $60,000-70,000
This role may be eligible to discretionary bonus, incentives and benefits

What You'll Do:
* Oversee all material that physically flows through the plant, includes: shipping/receiving, kitting, cycle counting and dispatching.

SUMMARY
The Warehouse Coordinator has the primary task of receiving, storing, repairing, displaying and disposing of non-cash items. In addition, this person assists in maintaining the interior and exterior of the Thrift Store in a clean and orderly manner. The Warehouse Coordinator is directly responsible to the Thrift Store Manager. This position is eligible for overtime pay.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
The person filling this position must have a high school diploma or GED. Two years experience in a warehouse setting is preferred.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The following duties and responsibilities are given as examples of the various types of work performed in this position. Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned.
1. Receives, stores, cleans, and repairs donated items.
2. Arranges display and storage areas for maximum utilization.
3. Assists in maintaining a clean appearance of store and surrounding grounds.
4. Assists with loading and unloading items.
5. Must be familiar with the entire process of non-cash gifts and the operation of the Thrift Store.
6. Picks up and transports donated items.
7. Issues non-cash receipts to donors.
8. Assists in operating check out lanes, as needed.
9. Assists customers and donors promptly and courteously.
10. Assists in performing administrative duties, as needed.
11. Represents the Youth Ranches and Sheriffs Ranches Enterprises in a positive manner to donors, customers, and the general public and provides exceptional customer service.
