What you'll be working on:
Responsible for the overall management and direction of the production process, along with leadership of the team, in accordance with all policies, procedures, regulations and laws. The Production Manager has direct responsibility for specific departments spanning both the production room and the sales floor. **ROTATIONAL SCHEDULE:** **_This is a year-round position; current rotation is 3 months on and 1 month away from the site_**
**In this role, you will:**
+ Provide on-site shipping and receiving materials and construction equipment.
+ Provide on-site inventory control and management of all SERCO assets.
+ Provide on-site tools management.
+ Provide on-site hazardous material inventory, control and overall management.
+ Provide on-site flammable storage inventory and control of all flammable materials and liquids.
+ Assist the SERCO travel office with housing arrangements for arriving workforce personnel, to include meal card distribution, room preparation prior to arrival, and return flight coordination.

Accurately select, check, and pack orders following designated company processes for shipment, weighing, manifesting, palletizing, and loading.
Sort and pack LTL and truckload shipments in accordance with company procedures, customer requirements, and carrier requirements.
Participate in company inventories.
