The Shipping and Receiving Team Manager drives customer order execution within the team according to agreed plan and in line with the priorities safety, quality, delivery and cost. Supervise daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service.
Schedule and oversee warehouse team and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime.
Inspect material handling equipment, storage spaces and machinery regularly, and oversee
general maintenance when necessary.
Oversee and manage logistics for transporting products to customers and company facilities,
communicating with drivers and logistics partners to ensure efficient delivery of packages.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree is mandatory in supply chain management, science, economics or engineering.
Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Warehouse Manager, including coordination of hourly employees and direct supervision of 10+ team members required.
Must have at least 2 years of ERP experience specifically in warehouse operations, inventory control, or logistics coordination. Must be able to interpret ERP-generated reports, KPIs, and dashboards to drive operational improvements.
Proficiency with warehouse procedures and policies.
Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities.
Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of company staff.
Ability to deliver effective feedback, both written and verbal.

Summary
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for directing and coordinating activities of brewery and distribution warehouse and ensures warehouse tasks and activities are carried out following company health and safety procedures and compliance standards.

Responsibilities
Oversees the warehouse worker team as they process their essential functions and ensures tasks are completed correctly, efficiently and safely.
Responsible for workflow management; checking planned loads and production schedule in the morning; verifying with the manifest lists and production team and assigning workload to the team.
Responsible for accuracy of inbound and outbound shipments. Ensure raw material receipts are processed and put away correctly. Check and sign off on all outbound international and domestic shipments to ensure proper shelf life remaining and accuracy of shipment, load configuration and paperwork.
Responsible for training new team members in the warehouse functions including safety, AX/WAX system, utilization of handheld scanners and equipment training. Assign mentors for on the job training assignments as needed.
Checks for out-of-code beer and reports finding to the Warehouse Operations Manager for processing instructions. Advises Warehouse Operations Manager if any beer is in danger of going out of code.
Monitor and schedule maintenance of all warehouse equipment in good working order.
Assigns workers to specific duties such as verifying amounts of and storing incoming shipments, assembling customer orders for delivery, inventory control processes and beer and material rotation and disposal of damaged or out of code materials or beer.
Reviews bills of lading for incoming shipments and outgoing customer orders in order to ensure accuracy and plan work activities.
Keeps accurate records, prepares and submits documentation and various reports. Maintains operational procedures. Ensures accurate AX transactions and helps reconcile inventory, cycle counts, and code date or data entry discrepancies.
Establishes operational procedures for verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling and disposition of materials and tracking warehouse inventory.
Coordinates activities of distribution warehouse with activities of sales, production and accounting departments to ensure availability of materials.
Monitors and maintains cleanliness and overall physical condition of the warehouse and equipment.
Track and review through safety inspections, Gemba Walks, Audits and daily shift meetings.
Addresses performance issues and assesses overall performance completely annual performance evaluations for team.

The Inventory Supervisor is responsible for maintaining a perpetual record integrity in distribution to ensure inventory accuracy through the administration of the cycle count program and the thorough analysis and response to miscellaneous issues and receipts. The Inventory Supervisor is also responsible for overseeing the functions performed by inventory associates and other such staff.
As part of the DSV team, Associates are expected to meet company objectives in the areas of performance, safety, and quality. Associates are expected to comply with all corporate and site-specific policies.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Implement space utilization plan to meet prescribed cost and service standards.
* Monitors the space layout plan to ensure it continues to meet company standards.
* Implement and effective product locator system and update as necessary.
* Delegating work and responsibility to subordinates.
* Oversee scheduled shifts and evaluating the working of inventory staff and subordinates.

Load, unload, stock tires and auto parts in a fast-paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles such as a forklift or picker equipment
Use scanners to find and put away tires and assist with inventory control
You can expect to lift 50 pounds consistently throughout your shift and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds. When lifting commercial tires you will do team lifts or use mechanical equipment.
When working with barrels or industrial/agricultural tires you will need to be able to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds
Some of our stock racks are 25 feet tall, so you must be comfortable working at those heights safely while operating equipment.
Be on the move. You should be willing and able to work on your feet for extended periods of time and work overtime as needed
Contribute to our culture of safety, ensuring adherence to all safety policies and operating procedures.
Onboard and train new hires
Support Operation Leaders in guiding team members through assigned tasks
Assist with managing inventory by conducting cycle counts.
Responsible for inventory control: adjustments, returns, shortages, etc.
Assist with ecomm and will call as needed
