Makes job deliveries. Ensures job deliveries are kept to the lowest acceptable minimum. Maintains an inventory of all tools and equipment. Maintains an up-to-date record of the location of all tools and equipment in the warehouse inventory. Inspects tools and equipment prior to sending them to the field to ensure they are properly functioning, ensures all labels and markings are in place, and all safety guards are installed. Ensures all tools are stored clean, and etched, labeled, or stenciled with company identifying markings. Inspects tools and equipment as they are returned to the warehouse from jobsites. Tools that are used to the extent of their lifespan or are too damaged to repair should be disposed of or stored for parts and removed from the warehouse inventory. Works with the Branch Administrator to ensure the office building and grounds are properly maintained. May assist in performing or managing repairs and maintenance. Ensures that all trailers and towed equipment are stored with hitch locks affixed. Adds any new tools or equipment to the warehouse inventory. Inspects the fence line for damage or breaches. Creates a monthly material order for submission to the Operations Assistant for sourcing. Receives the order to ensure all items ordered were received. Notifies the Operations Assistant of any missing material order items. Inspects warehouse assigned equipment and vehicles.
