Conduct routine equipment checks and safely operate forklifts and other powered industrial vehicles in compliance with safety protocols.
Participate in scheduled downtime activities, including cleaning equipment and designated areas throughout the plant to maintain a safe and organized workspace.
Assist in organizing and maintaining warehouse storage areas to optimize space and improve workflow efficiency.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues promptly.
Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to verify accuracy, quality, and compliance with company standards.

The Warehouse Lead is responsible for acting as a coach/leader of warehouse associates. Perform daily safely inspections per the Safety Checklist on forklift trucks
Ensure facility is inspection ready at all times for SQFI, FDA, and customer needs.
Communicate and report any incidents to supervisor
Ensure product rotation procedures are followed.
Review and Analyze daily production reports.
Serve as backup to other warehouse roles, as needed.
Depending on specific department other duties may apply.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED preferred and be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
Minimum 2 years prior warehouse/distribution operations experience and 6 months experience related leadership or supervisory experience and/or training in a distribution environment.
Must be a licensed forklift operator or be able to obtain a Forklift Operator license.

The Warehouse Lead is responsible for acting as a coach/leader of warehouse associates. The job is responsible to coach and train teammates to fulfill their individual daily tasks in addition to the Lead's own tasks. The Lead may have various responsibilities based on the specific department, this can include, but is not limited to shipping/receiving, packaging, inventory control, general warehouse functions or material handling operators (i.e. forklift operators). The lead will provide backup to the supervisor as needed.
Functions
Train new warehouse associates and forklift drivers and conduct Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) and annual recertification training.
Conduct EIP, performance, and maintenance observations.
Safely operate powered industrial equipment to move products or materials for distribution such as clamp/slip sheet equipment; load, unload, and store materials/products in designated areas.
Complete applicable paperwork (i.e. shipping/tracking labels) per standard operating procedures and applicable regulatory agencies (i.e. DOT, IATA, IMDG, etc.)
Participate in inventory/cycle count activities as needed and report variances to leadership.
Perform daily safely inspections per the Safety Checklist on forklift trucks
Ensure facility is inspection ready at all times for SQFI, FDA, and customer needs.
Communicate and report any incidents to supervisor
Ensure product rotation procedures are followed.
Review and Analyze daily production reports.
Serve as backup to other warehouse roles, as needed.
Depending on specific department other duties may apply.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED preferred and be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
Minimum 2 years prior warehouse/distribution operations experience and 6 months experience related leadership or supervisory experience and/or training in a distribution environment.
Must be a licensed forklift operator or be able to obtain a Forklift Operator license.

Job Summary: Perform an array of functions that may include receiving and processing incoming stock

The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for performing various business critical tasks in the shipping, receiving, storage, and movement of materials used in a large scale greenhouse production facility. Typical inbound shipments will include packaging materials, growing inputs, and hazardous materials used in the cleaning process. Internal movement of goods will consist of staging the necessary materials used in daily production and storing finished goods before picking and creating customer orders. The Warehouse Associate will also be assisting in the disposal of organic/non-organic waste, and picking, wrapping, and labelling outbound shipments.
A forklift will be used extensively. All movements will be required to follow procedures efficiently in order to meet or exceed expectations in safety, food safety, and customer satisfaction. Computer equipment and software may be utilized in all aspects of this position.
The Warehouse Associate will also play a major role in performing inventory cycle counts and implementing inventory controls. They will keep a clean and safe working environment and inspect all equipment before use to maintain equipment and vehicles at a high standard. The associate must be able to communicate openly with supervisors and coworkers on any issues and be able to work with the team to implement and sustain process changes.

All delivery processes must be done in a timely manner to keep the flow of trucks moving.
Essential Functions:
· Present Skeeter products in an effective manner that ensures customer understanding.

· Resolve customer inquiries for vehicle technology inquiries by using factory resources.
