Opened in 2007, Progress West Hospital is BJC HealthCare's newest hospital in St. Charles County, featuring modern private rooms. It offers 24-hour emergency services and has partnered with St. Louis Children's Hospital to provide world-class pediatric emergency care.
Progress West Hospital also provides surgical services, endoscopy services, a cardiac catheterization lab, medical/surgical inpatient services, diagnostic imaging, lab services, and the Advanced Wound Center, a specialty wound treatment facility with state-of-the-art equipment. Progress West Hospital recently completed an expansion of its Childbirth Center to include enhanced services for at-risk mothers and babies, with a newborn ICU that provides care for babies born as early as 32 weeks.
Progress West Hospital is a Certified Level II Stroke Center. The hospital's medical office building houses offices for specialists in primary care, cardiology, obstetrics, pediatrics, and orthopedics.
The Imaging Services Department is a full-service department, providing comprehensive imaging support. Included within the scope of services available are these exam classifications: General X-ray, Fluoroscopy, Computed Tomography (CT), Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), Ultrasound, Mammography, Diagnostic Mammograms and Ultrasound, Nuclear Medicine. This department, along with all departments within the hospital, supports the guiding principles of the hospital in providing care that is customized and reflects the patient's needs, values, and choices.

Experienced EA: 5-10 years supporting senior executives in fast-paced, nonprofit, school, or entrepreneurial environments.
Exceptionally Organized & Detail-Oriented: Able to manage multiple moving parts, maintain impeccable systems, and handle confidential information with discretion.
Flexible & Adaptable: Thrives in a changing environment, pivots quickly when priorities shift, and remains calm under pressure.
Proactive & Anticipatory: Stays “five steps ahead,” anticipates needs before being asked, and exercises strong judgment and initiative.
Tech-Savvy: Fast learner with confidence using Microsoft 365, OneDrive, ClickUp, Teams, Google Drive, and Mac/PC systems.
Excellent Communicator: Strong writing, grammar, verbal communication, and the ability to represent the Founder professionally.
Mission-Aligned & Team-Oriented: Understands or supports classical education, values collaboration, and contributes positively to school culture.
On-Site Commitment: Must be fully on campus Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00PM, with occasional evening/weekend event support. Many Lafayette employees have children at the school. Thus occasionally, hours after 3:30 PM can be completed virtually or at home if one has children to accommodate.
To the qualified candidate, we offer a salary of $70k to $90k. While our traditional benefits are limited, this position does include a monthly contribution toward your medical costs.
