P. Wayne Osborne is a widely respected and successful leader within the Family Office industry, bringing 25 years of experience in the domain to Way2B1. In addition to being CoFounder and CEO of Way2B1 he currently serves as CEO to a high net worth family in the San Francisco Bay Area; and serves on the Board of Directors for Newday an impacting investing firm based in San Francisco.

Prior to leading his current organizations, Osborne built and led teams supporting Mortimer B. Zuckerman, Sanford Grossman, Joseph E. Brooks, and Helen Frankenthaler.

Osborne co-founded and served on the board of Presbyterian Promise, an organization founded in 1997 for the mutual support and empowerment of GLBT persons. He is currently on the board of the San Francisco Child Abuse Prevention Center and the board of Four Directions, a non-profit organization that provides wilderness experience therapy for teenage girls at risk and for abused women. He is an elder in the Presbyterian Church, USA and served for two years as a chaplain at Princeton University.

Osborne is a graduate of Princeton Theological Seminary, where he received a Master of Divinity Degree. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude from Belhaven College.

Osborne received the American Red Cross Hero of the Year award in 2006 in the State of Connecticut. He is involved in a wide range of interests; a singer-songwriter, an artist receiving many commissions, enjoys writing, and athletic activities.
