Veterans are in need of evaluations (DBQs) for their service-connected disability exams, and we are searching for healthcare providers looking to supplement your income and fill gaps in your schedule while helping Veterans receive the benefits they've earned. You will be conducting disability assessments for veterans in your office.
This is a contract position which offers:
Supplemental Income: Earn extra revenue without taking on additional clinical shifts or compromising your current patient load. This opportunity is ideal for providers looking to add to their existing income streams. Full time also available for those looking to transition out of ongoing patient care.
Flexible Schedule: Integrate these assessments into your practice as it suits your availability.
Compensation: Per-service fee schedule; varies based on type and number of exams per visit
Pay Range: $136.00 - $264.00 per Exam
*Average exam length is 35 minutes for Level 2 and Level 3 complexities
Schedule: 1-5 day per week commitment (between the hours of M-F, 8:00am - 5:00pm); patients scheduled according to your availability and on a monthly basis so you can modify.
MUST have an ADA-compliant office within 50 miles of a needed location within the U.S.

Job Details:
This is a 1099/per call position
Pay is based solely on the number of calls completed.
Calls start at $35 and go up based on distance traveled
Pay period: Every Friday after the first week worked
Tickets are run Monday-Friday during the day shift. Candidates must be regularly available a minimum of 3 weekdays to be considered.
Call volume is variable but is usually 1-3 calls per day
You will complete certifications from Dell and Lenovo as part of your onboarding. Certifications are online and free to you.
You must have a reliable form of transportation and a valid driver's license to run these calls. You will be visiting multiple work sites throughout your day.
You must have access to a computer and the Internet to log onto your portal each day.
You must be available to log into your tech portal each morning you are working by 9 am to code your calls and map out your route for the day.
The manufacturer has completed troubleshooting and shipped a part prior to your ticket being issued to you.
You will confirm service times with the customer in your tech portal. Services will be completed at the customer site (residential and commercial)
You will pick up parts daily from the assigned Fed Ex or UPS store for your territory before going onsite. Once all calls are completed for the day drop off the old parts with the pre-paid label that is provided.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
Ability to meet attendance requirements.
Ability to stand in one location for extended periods in outside weather conditions with breaks and lunch periods as required by State law.
Ability to perform all duties with an understanding of the mission, ministry, philosophy, culture, and protocol of The Salvation Army and conducts all duties in accordance with the ministry of the organization and its Christian principles; conducts all communications and job duties with the highest level of professionalism.
Duties are performed standing and may be relieved by brief or occasional periods of sitting or walking.
Limited amount of physical effort required associated with lifting and carrying light objects (less than 25 lbs.) 5-10% of work time.
Work is performed outside where there are physical discomforts associated with changes in weather and discomforts associated with noise, dust, dirt. Dressing appropriately is important for comfort.

Contract with our leading clinician-owned and led health company today! The Warrior Vets Medical Services team provides exemplary general medical services. We provide in-person care to current and former US Military veterans.
We pay up to $150 per hour; you will receive compensation for each evaluation. We remit payment within 45 days of encounter documentation in our user-friendly EMR.
Typical Appointments
In-person appointments consist of general medical evaluations in your practice. Evaluations are performed once per veteran and typically take 30 to 90 minutes. There are no ongoing treatment needs for these veterans; it is a one-time encounter.
We Schedule Around Your Availability.
Make your own schedule! Our current need is 3-4 days per week. We efficiently schedule a series of evaluation appointments that last no more than a total of eight hours on each of those days.
No Administrative Tasks Required
Our back-office support team handles all administrative work, including contracting with the Veterans Administration, liaising with contractors, and payment. This approach allows you to spend your time where it should be: with your patients.
Note: The evaluations are general medical evaluations, not disability evaluations.
Requirements
· Unrestricted state medical licensure without limitations to perform full scope of authorized practice
· Education and training in a US-accredited, post-baccalaureate (Masters) course of study
· Certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) or certification by the ANCC or AANP
· 2+ years of post-graduate primary care experience
· Access to a clinic location for this work
· Established collaborating physician (if required by your state)

This is a multi-disciplinary clinic where they take a team approach to therapy. You will be working with kiddos between the ages of 0-and 21.
* You will work Monday - Thursday from 8: 00 AM - 6: 00 PM with a lunch hour from 12: 00 - 1: 00 PM. And Friday hours are 8 AM -12: 00 noon.
* You will provide evaluations and treatments of speech, language, cognitive, oral motor, and some feeding disorders in accordance with physician orders.
* No special skills are required but feeding is definitely a plus
* We prefer someone with at least one year of experience, preferably in pediatrics.
* Bilingual is a plus, but not required.
Qualifications: You will hold a Master' s Degree in Communications Sciences Disorders or Speech-Language Pathology, and a current state license (or be eligible for the same).
