I was appointed Group Chief Executive Officer in December 2008 and joined the Board as Managing Director in March 2009.I joined Lendlease in 2005. Prior to my current role, I was Group Finance Director, appointed in March 2007 and Chief Executive Officer for Lendlease’s Investment Management business from September 2005 to December 2007. I have more than 25 years’ experience in real estate, funds management, investment banking and capital markets transactions. Previous roles also include Head of Property at Bankers’ Trust, four years as a mergers and acquisitions lawyer at Freehills and four years in taxation accounting.I hold a Bachelor of Economics (Finance major) and a Bachelor of Laws from Monash University in Melbourne, Australia.

Mike Hall currently serves as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and board member for Borrego Solar. Mike was one of the original co-founders of the business, joining his brother Aaron at Borrego Solar in 2002. In 2009 he transitioned into the role of CEO, after leading the company’s sales and marketing organization for 7 years. Today Mike focuses on continuing to develop the high performing and engaging culture that has allowed Borrego to be successful over the last two decades. He is passionate about building high performing teams, leadership development, and all things related to renewable energy. Prior to joining Borrego Solar, Mike worked as a Process Engineer for Applied Materials in Santa Clara.
