Ensure training and compliance guidelines are met as outlined by AFS and other agencies regulating the customer / market. Communicate on a daily basis with Security Supervisor any new Security Issues or changes that need to be considered or implemented. The Construction Project Superintendent is responsible for the first-line supervision of a work crew (usually four crews with 1 to 10 employees) performing construction on Industrial Piping sites including Natural Gas Facilities and Hydrant Fueling Systems at airports. The Construction Project Superintendent position may require some hands-on participation and execution of construction work. The Construction Project Superintendent may spend long hours standing and/or walking. The physical demands may include lifting, pushing, pulling, and/or carrying objects, as well as using computers. The Superintendent is accountable for all workers' safety, quality of work, and timely completion of Job Assignment. The Superintendent works directly with the Project Managers and is directly accountable to the Corporate President. This is a full-time position (40 hours). The positions may require more than 40 hours per week, depending on department/project needs and deadline objectives. Work Monday through Friday during the day with occasional work on nights and/or weekends depending on time-sensitive deadlines. Work weeks occasionally may be four (4) ten-hour workdays. The company will provide vehicle transportation and fuel for travel to and from projects. Work hours start and end at the location of the work project. Social Service Assistant Veterans Haven Full-Time, 40 Hours/Week $15.00/Hour Schedule: Flexible scheduling, Determined on a case by case basis GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES: The Social Service Assistant will be responsible to the Program Manager of the locality within which they are employed and work to provide a trauma-informed, safe and stimulating environment for clients. They will be expected to work within the policies and procedures of Family & Community Services and work toward the maintenance of excellent service standards and professional practices. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. To assist in the efficient running of the facility and its therapeutic programming and other general duties associated. 2. While utilizing trauma-informed care, assist clients upon shelter entrance with required paperwork, continued assistance throughout their shelter stay by providing supplemental case management, and assist in communication and coordination with various agencies to secure appointments and resources. 3. Provide a level of support necessary to ensure all clients experience an improved quality of life while in our shelters. 4. Use a strength-based approach to help clients in working towards their goals of obtaining independent living. 5. Accompany clients to appointments, as needed. 6. Organize, plan and lead groups for clients in shelter to help promote positive interactions and group work (i.e. affirmation boards, book club, yoga, etc.), on a voluntary basis, when time allows. 7. Complete daily administrative duties such as answering phone, directing inbound calls, keeping office clean and organized, tracking supply lists and facility needs, completing check requests and therapeutic programming attendance of clients. 8. Maintain facility documents and records and ensure all requirements to operate a facility are being met, such as conducting fire drills, kitchen temperatures, and other facility needs. 9. Prepare rooms and meals (as needed) for clients. 10. Work with team members to foster a positive working environment. 11. Promote anti-discriminatory practice ensuring that no resident is discriminated against on the grounds of race, class, gender, religious beliefs, disability, or sexual orientation. 12. Attend staff meetings and training courses as required by management. 13. Report timely for all assigned shifts. 14. Complies with agency policies and procedures, COA regulations, federal and state requirements, and educational/certification/registry requirements. 15. Other duties as assigned. Requirements QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Ability to utilize the trauma-informed care model to provide open communication, fair and equitable treatment, and display care and compassion. 2. Excellent in-person, phone, email and written communication skills for team members and clients, even in stressful situations. 3. Knowledge of community services. 4. Must possess Microsoft Word skills. 5. Valid Ohio Driver's License and ability to meet agency requirements for driving insurability. 6. Must be able to meet agency requirements for criminal background check (Ohio Bureau of Criminal Identification & Investigation) 7. Must have reliable transportation and a phone. MINIMUM EDUCATIONAL/LICENSURE REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma or GED preferred. CPR/First Aid Certification preferred. MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Experience working in crisis intervention preferred. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to lift and move at least 20 pounds. Salary Description $15.00/Hour

Requirements QUALIFICATIONS: The ideal candidate has one or more years teaching experience. Is certified by AEA, YMCA, or similar certifications. Aquatic exercise instructors have current CPR/First-Aid certifications on file. Instructor should have knowledge of both shallow and deep water instruction.
