Conflict Resolution & Advocacy - Address concerns from residents and families, ensuring grievances are handled professionally and effectively. Drive Continuous Improvement - Implement new ideas, enhance processes, and support a positive, results-driven management team. Minimum Qualifications Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. Minimum 3 years of nursing experience (preferred in long-term care, skilled nursing, or a similar setting). At least 1 year of experience in nursing administration. Strong leadership, team-building, and decision-making skills. Compassionate and dedicated to providing superior resident care. Ability to work weekends with flexibility and adaptability. Completion of Preceptor Training (or willingness to complete upon hire).
