    + We are seeking skilled aircraft mechanics to work on CRJ 700 and 900 aircraft, focusing on heavy maintenance including C and D checks, as well as interior modifications. This is a long-term position with no end date, as all heavy maintenance tasks are performed in-house without subcontracting. **Responsibilities** + Conduct heavy maintenance checks (C and D) on various CRJ and ERJ aircraft. + Perform interior modifications on CRJ 700 to adjust seating configurations, expanding first and business class. + Execute aircraft modifications as required during heavy checks in the hangar. + Provide day-to-day maintenance and modifications on aircraft. + Work in specialized roles within the engine shop, and Cosmo shop focusing on sheetmetal and composite repair. + Support the Starlink installation project for the entire GoJet fleet. **Essential Skills** + A&P license strongly preferred. + Experience with Part 121 operations. + Experience in engine troubleshooting, blade swaps, component changes, and fuel controls. + Experience in heavy maintenance on ERJ and CRJ aircraft. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Preferred experience on CRJ or ERJ aircraft, but any airframes are acceptable. + Engine maintenance experience preferred. + 5-7 general maintenance A&P's. **Why Work Here?** + Upon direct hire, employees enjoy a variety of benefits including healthcare, dental, vision, 401K, paid sick time, life insurance, term disability, and flight benefits.
