Guibin Zhao is our Chief Executive Officer since June 2012. He was appointed as an Executive Director since June 2013, was appointed as Chairman since June 2013 and was appointed as our Vice Chairman since June 2019. As the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, he is primarily responsible for leading Nexteer’s Global Strategy Council, setting our Group’s strategic vision, direction and goals and overseeing the overall execution of our Group’s strategy. As the Vice Chairman of the Board, he is responsible for assisting the Chairman to arrange and convene shareholder and Board meetings and supervising the implementation of the relevant resolutions. Zhao holds an executive master’s degree in business administration from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China.

As chief executive officer of Skilled Manufacturing, Inc., Russell oversees the strategic direction of the Traverse City, Michigan-based, Tier 1 automotive, aerospace and specialty manufacturer. With roughly 250 employees, SMI is an industry leader in precision machining, production, assembly and testing for the world’s automotive, airline and defense industries. In addition to his CEO role, Russell also founded and heads AMR Group, a management consulting firm that develops organizations as value-added partners. This includes lean manufacturing implementation and compliance management in IATF-16949, AS-9100 and ISO-14000. As a committed supporter of local manufacturing education, Russell is a compliance training instructor for Michigan Manufacturing Technology Center's NIST user group for ISO-9000. He is also certified in NIST/MEP lean manufacturing training, a five-section program that includes value stream mapping, 5S/visual manufacturing, set-up reduction, cellular/flow and pull/Kanban systems.
