Jim Frates serves as Amylyx’s Chief Financial Officer, having previously been the CFO of Alkermes for 22 years. Prior to working at Alkermes, Jim was a Vice President in the Life Sciences Practice at Robertson Stephens & Company. He currently serves on the board of directors of Sage Therapeutics and is a Trustee of St. Francis House, the largest homeless day shelter in Massachusetts. Jim earned a Bachelor of Arts in Government from Harvard College and a Master of Business Administration from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration.

Gina (Plaue) Mazzariello is a Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel, Amylyx Pharmaceuticals. He Attended Harvard Law School.

Patrick Yeramian is a Chief Medical Officer at Amylyx Pharmaceuticals, Principal at DLx Therapeutics L.L.C., and Chief Medical Officer at BIOVIE INC. and is based in Boca Raton, Florida. He has worked as Dir:Medical at BIOVIE INC., Residency in Infectious Diseases at E. Percy Military Hospital, and Medical Director at G.D. Searle Company. Patrick studied at Rutgers University between 1994 and 1996, Université Paris Est Créteil (UPEC) between 1976 and 1984, and Université de Paris between 1984 and 1985.

Margaret Olinger is a Chief Commercial Officer at Amylyx Pharmaceuticals. She studied at ALBERTUS MAGNUS COLLEGE and University of New Haven.
