The primary function of the Client Service Representative (CSR) Primary in the Services Department is to provide excellent client service through passionate and professional handling of a variety of client interactions, as well as the daily operations related to the client's first impression of the organization. General Expectations

You will ensure patients are clean, dry, and presentable at time of discharge from the hospital, as well as provide general husbandry care such as bathroom breaks, cleaning kennels, performing baths, and providing fresh water.
This is a mid-level position, designed for those who are recent graduates from a veterinary technician program or similar educational field. Previous veterinary or animal research clinical experiences to be considered for this role.
