I started may career in 1982 with the NASD (now FINRA) and subsequently held several senior management positions with responsibilities including Compliance, Broker Dealer and Mutual Fund Operations, Finance, Technology, Product Management and Trading. I have spent twenty years in senior management with Bank Broker Dealers that include President of the Broker Dealer for Union Bank, Chief Administrative Officer of Investments Services at Washington Mutual, Chief Financial Officer for American Savings Bank’s Broker Dealer. I was Chief Compliance Officer for the Broker Dealer at PNC Bank and Bank One, and was SVP of Trading and Operations at First Tennessee Brokerage. Additionally, I served for several years on National Financial Services’ Advisory Council providing input to their senior management on strategic initiatives. I passed the Series 7, 24, 27, 53, 63 and 65 securities exams. l have an Arizona Life and Health Insurance License.
