Yes, Alphabet hires felons. While it is more concerned with what you bring to the table than what you may have done in the past, the nature of the felony does matter. Crimes involving physical or sexual violence, identity theft, and hacking may greatly reduce your chances of being hired.

We could not find an example of a felon who is currently employed at Alphabet. Alphabet does, however, state on its website that they consider qualified applicants regardless of their criminal histories.
