Yes, Bayer drug tests. Bayer requires a pre-employment drug screening for all new hires prior to the onboarding process. After the final interview, candidates are given information on how to complete their drug screening, including the address of the testing lab and the type of test, and they must complete the test within the next 72 hours.
Bayer employees are not randomly drug tested. However, they have the right to drug test any employee as they see fit. Such as, in cases where an employee is suspected of being under the influence or is involved in a workplace accident, then they may be asked to take a mouth-swab test on-site immediately following the incident.
