Does BigCommerce drug test?

Here are the substances that are screened for in a full panel drug test:

• Cannabis

• PCP

• Amphetamines

• Opiates

• Benzodiazepines

• Barbiturates

• Methadone

• Propoxyphene

• Quaaludes

• Ecstasy (MDMA)

• Oxycodone/Percocet

BigCommerce may reserve the right to conduct random drug tests on their employees.

If an employee exhibits signs of being intoxicated or addicted to drugs while on the job, a drug test is requested. If the results indicate drug use, the company may take disciplinary actions against the employee, including termination.

It is unclear what the company's policy on cannabis is, in states where it is legal to use the drug for medical and/or recreational purposes. BigCommerce does not give any public information on this issue.

Employees with a prescription for medical cannabis may be allowed to use the substance while not at work, though we cannot verify this.
