No, Black & Company does not drug test. With that said, Black & Company does expect their employees to use their best judgment and not show up to work or attend a work-related event while intoxicated.
Black Company is a small company that trusts its employees to come to work with their A-games regardless of what they do on their own time.
If you're suspected of being at work under the influence of illegal substances or alcohol, then you are to take a mouth swab drug test on-site. The test looks for alcohol, cannabis, opiates, amphetamines, PCP, and more. In a few cases, you may be asked to go to a third-party lab and take a drug test there within 24 hours of the incident.
All tobacco and vaping products must be used outside of the building in a designated smoking area and never inside of company vehicles. All employees must wash their hands before returning to work. Black Company may ask employees who smoke to participate in their smoking cessation program free of charge.
