No, Casper does not drug test. According to some former employees, Casper never asked them to take a drug test during the hiring period.
While Casper seems not to drug test before hiring, it does reserve the right to drug test in the event of possible on-the-job substance abuse, or signs of drug addiction.
If you exhibit any symptoms indicating you may be intoxicated on the job or addicted to drugs, you may be drug tested immediately. If you test positive, Casper can consider this grounds for termination.
If an employee is addicted to drugs, in rare cases, Casper might allow them to attempt sobriety by attending a drug rehabilitation facility, but this is not guaranteed.
