Yes, C.H. Robinson drug tests prior to employment for some positions and in some locations. Some employees have reported that a drug test was required (mostly for management positions) and that random drug screenings were performed throughout their employment.

C.H. Robinson also reserves the right to drug test an employee at any time if substance use is suspected or if a workplace accident occurs. If a drug test is required and the result is positive, that can void any worker's compensation claims and can result in disciplinary action up to and including termination.
