Does ESO drug test?

Here are the substances that are screened for in a panel drug test:

• Cocaine

• Cannabis

• PCP

• Amphetamines

• Opiates

• Benzodiazepines

• Barbiturates

• Methadone

• Propoxyphene

• Quaaludes

• Ecstasy (MDMA)

• Oxycodone/Percocet

ESO also reserves the right to conduct random drug tests on its employees. A drug test may also be requested if an employee is involved in an accident or is injured on the job.

If an employee exhibits signs of being intoxicated or addicted to drugs while on the job, a drug test is requested. If the results indicate drug use, the company may take disciplinary actions against the employee, including termination.

It is unclear what the company's policy on cannabis is in states where it is legal to use the drug for medical and/or recreational purposes. ESO does not give any public information on this issue.

Employees with a prescription for medical cannabis may be allowed to use the substance while not at work, though we cannot verify this.
