Yes, Federated Group drug tests. Federated Groups conduct pre-employment drug screenings on new candidates who accept a conditional job offer. Federated Group uses a urine or mouth-swab drug test that looks for cannabis, opiates, amphetamines, benzodiazepines, PCP, and cocaine.
It does not appear, however, that they drug test consistently across locations or positions. From our research, it looks like around 40% of current or former employees report being asked to take a pre-employment drug test.
Federated Group is a drug-free workplace, and as such, they do not tolerate anyone showing up to work under the influence. If someone is suspected of being under the influence of drugs at work, they are immediately sent home and asked to take a drug test within 24 to 48 hours.
