Does Hicks Plastics drug test?

• Methamphetamines (meth, speed, ecstasy)

• THC (cannabinoids, cannabis)

• Alcohol

• Cocaine

• Opiates (heroin, opium, morphine)

• Phencyclidine (PCP, angel dust)

If an employee seems under the influence or is involved in a workplace accident, they are asked to take a mouth-swab test immediately on-site. Failure to pass the drug screening may result in either termination or the employee taking an unpaid voluntary leave of absence to undergo drug treatment.

In the latter case, the employee can return after completing the treatment program under a probation period. During the probationary period, the employee may be randomly drug tested.

Hicks Plastics is a smoke-free workplace. Tobacco or vaping products are allowed only outside the building in designated smoking areas.
