Does H&M drug test?
No, H&M does not drug test. They do have a strict no-drug policy in the workplace, however. They also have the right to ask any employee to take a drug test if they suspect that person is under the influence at work.

Together with colleagues and other members of staff, managers also have a responsibility to provide support and initiate the necessary rehabilitation.
Moreover, any Hamp;M employee who reports to management that they have a drug or alcohol problem is not at risk of losing his or her job because of an alcohol or drug problem, provided that the individual completes treatment and rehabilitation to end abuse.
