Does J Brand drug test?
No, J Brand does not drug test. Since J Brand has moved to a direct-to-consumer model they no longer have retail locations and they no longer drug test its employees.
This does not mean that J Brand does not have a drug policy. They do not allow employees to show up to work intoxicated. In the event that they suspect that an employee is intoxicated, the employee is immediately sent home and asked to take a drug test within 24 hours. Failure to do so may result in automatic termination.
J Brand is a smoke-free workplace and they ask employees to refrain from smoking while at work. If an employee does smoke, they must wash their hands before returning to work and handling merchandise.
