Yes, Noodles & Company does drug test. However, it generally only does so for applicants to management positions. For servers, kitchen staff, dishwashers, bussers, and other comparable positions, Noodles & Company does not drug test.

Noodles Company does not have an explicit policy regarding drug and alcohol use. However, it will not tolerate any employee who is noticeably under the influence in the workplace. If an employee is suspected of drug use, or if an accident occurs, Noodles Company may ask them to submit to a urine sample drug test within 24 hours.

Tobacco and vaping products must be used at least 30 feet away from the restaurant, and only towards the back of the restaurant, away from any potential customers. Smoking is only allowed before or after your shift, and you must wash your hands and eat a breath mint before returning to work.
