Keep in mind that Orbitz will perform a background check prior to an offer of employment. This background check will look for misdemeanor and felony convictions at both the state and federal levels. If the crime is violent in nature or related to theft, this may affect what areas of the company you are considered for employment.

On your resume, be sure to account for all prior work history that is applicable to the job you are applying for. Be honest about where that work history came from (even if it came from a time in prison).
