No, Telenor does not drug test its employees. Telenor does not drug test its employees randomly throughout employment, nor as a condition for employment at the company.
However, it does have a strict drug and alcohol-free workplace policy. Therefore, if an employee is involved in an accident or other incident, they may be asked to submit to a drug test.
In these scenarios, Telenor asks its employees to submit to the five-panel urine drug test, and if the test comes back and the employee has failed, it may be considered grounds for disciplinary action, up to and including termination.
