Yes, Twitter hires felons. From our research, we could not find any definitive support that Twitter is open to hiring felons. However, Twitter does support organizations such as "Ban-the-Box," which works towards eliminating questions about criminal background on the application form.
This allows someone with a criminal record to not be immediately judged by their past actions and allowed to interview with the hiring manager if qualified.
