How do you put production support experience on a resume?

Now that you've had a taste of what it's like to work on a set, it's time to showcase what you've learned on your resume. Just like when it comes to designing a state set when it comes to writing a good resume, everything is about planning and structure.

First, you can introduce your production support experience in the profile summary and a few key responsibilities. However, the real bread and butter are how you talk about it in your work experience and skills sections.

In the work experience section, you will want to include 3 to 6 bullets describing your experiences. Start each bullet with an action verb and focus on those experiences you think are most relevant to the job description.

For example, "Collaborated with a team in the production of content, digital assets, presentations, and other video needs."

Rather than just listing your skills, provide bullet outlining examples of these skills from your previous production support position:

• "Familiar with pre-production, including researching story ideas and gathering footage."

• "Skilled in creating, editing, and maintaining an editorial calendar."
