You have to be 18 years of age or older to work at CampCo. This includes entry-level and recreational leader positions. All applicants must have at least a high school diploma and, for corporate office positions, a bachelor's degree.

To work as an overnight recreational leader you need to be 21 years of age. To work as a bus driver you need to be at least 25 years of age.
