You have to be at least 18 years old to work at Charming Charlie. Charming Charlie does not hire anyone under 18 years old for any role at its stores.

The only exception to this is for seasonal roles, for which Charming Charlie will sometimes hire 17-year-olds for part-time, weekend roles.
