Faculty positions include instructor and assistant professor positions. Defiance College is an independent, coeducational, liberal arts-based institution that is affiliated with the United Church of Christ. Assistantship positions are available for those who are also applying for admission to Defiance College's Graduate School. Applicants must attest to academic competence and their ability to work with people and demonstrate appropriate interpersonal and social skills.
