Pit Crew employees act as cashiers, provide utility, and assist on the block. All employees must be Pit Crew certified to work in one of the restaurants.

Pit Master is a covered position in each restaurant and is responsible for prepping and smoking the signature proteins.

Pit Boss is the shift lead, manager, and typically the owner/operator of the location. Pit Bosses are responsible for ensuring the restaurant is run with great energy, great speed, and great barbecue.
