You have to be 16 years of age or older to work at Moe's Italian Sandwiches. Employees under the age of 18 years old, however, have limited duties and hours. Nonetheless, Moe's Italian Sandwiches work around high school student schedules and can be a great job while in school.

To work as a manager, shift lead, or meat slicer, you must be at least 18 years of age or older. Anyone under the age of 18 caught using the meat slicer may be terminated, as well as any employee who may have asked the minor to operate it.
