Southwest Airlines offers internships and early career opportunities. College interns not only gain business experience but are also eligible for free, unlimited, space-available travel to any location where Southwest Airlines flies. Internships take place over the spring or summer and are usually about 12 weeks in duration.
The positions are paid opportunities and require a minimum of 24 hours per week (with some opportunities for more hours). There are virtual and hybrid positions available as well as onsite opportunities at the Corporate Campus.
