Paramedic vs Nurse

A nurse works in the hospital setting or at an ill patient's home. They have a number of different duties in these environments. • Paramedics work in all types of environments and may be part of emergency health care transport in ambulances, helicopters, and planes

• Nurses primarily work in hospitals or at a patient's home

• A paramedic's job objective is to stabilize a critically injured patient and get the patient to a hospital or emergency service center

• A nurse performs many different tasks for patients, including administering medicine, changing bed pans, recording a patient's medical information and health status, and working in tandem with doctors during certain procedures
