What benefits does Cabela's offer?

Full-time Cabela's employees enjoy a wide variety of company-provided and voluntary benefits.

Cabela's provides health insurance with three plan options through United Healthcare. These plans include access to Vida Health, which offers personalized health programs and one-on-one coaching, available to all employees at no additional charge.

Cabela's also offers dental and vision insurance plans, as well as an employee assistance program that provides behavioral health counseling sessions to employees going through hardship.

Employees are also able to have a 401(k) retirement account plan. This includes investment options that cover the full risk/reward spectrum, including target-date funds, and 4% company-matched contributions after one year of employment.

Cabela's also has a generous vacation, holiday, and sick policy. Vacation days start at five per year for employees, and increase to up to 20 days a year. In addition to that, employees also get paid for holidays after 90 days of employment.

The sick pay policy allows up to 40 hours of paid leave, starting on the first of the year, to be used throughout the year. Paid time off is also given for jury duty and bereavement (up to three days for immediate family).
