What benefits does Express offer?

Express offers a full suite of financial and health benefits to all full-time employees, as well as employee discounts for both full- and part-time employees. Benefits are otherwise limited for part-time employees.

The discount given to part-time employees is 30% off; for full-time employees, it is 40% off. There are occasional additional 15% off discounts on weekends. Some items are ineligible for discount, such as redline items or items on 40% off or above promotion.
