The dress code at Blair is smart casual for retail workers and business casual for managers and corporate employees. Most clothing is acceptable for retail workers so long as it is not revealing or offensive. Tattoos and facial piercings are allowed, as well as unnatural hair colors, as long as they are approved by the manager.

Warehouse and distribution workers are expected to also dress smart and safe. This means jeans and a t-shirt, with no loose clothing or long jewelry that can get caught in machinery. They must also wear steel-tipped shoes.
