What is the dress code at Brand I.D.?

The dress code at Brand I.D. is business casual. The technical team tends to dress more on the smart-casual side. Minted also has a lot of remote working opportunities. This eliminates the dress code completely unless on a video call.

For those working in sales, marketing, or working in the leadership team then you're expected to dress up a bit more. You don't have to wear a blazer and tie, nice dress pants and a button-down shirt is appropriate.
