What is the dress code at DISH Network?

By Zippia Team - Apr. 20, 2022

The dress code at DISH Network is either a uniform or business casual, depending on the position. DISH provides uniforms for public-facing positions, and only uniform items from the approved DISH program are allowed. In-office or remote positions, like customer service representatives, require business casual attire.

Upon hire, DISH technicians are issued two pairs of gray cargo pants, two pairs of black cargo pants, four short-sleeved shirts, and one long-sleeved shirt. Technicians also receive a rain jacket, a winter coat, fingerless work gloves and mittens, a bump cap, a hard helmet, a baseball cap, and eye protection. Employees provide their own boots.

Only black socks can be worn with shorts. Socks may be no higher than the bottom of the knee. Well-constructed black leather boots that come completely above the ankle to provide ankle support are required.

Soles must be a heavy lug to provide protection from slips and falls. Steel-toed safety shoes are not required. All earrings (other than stud earrings) and visible body piercings are prohibited.
