The dress code at Peter Piper Pizza is a uniform for all team members and the restaurant management team. It's business casual for those working out of the corporate offices. Peter Piper Pizza is a family restaurant and therefore has strict rules about visible tattoos and facial piercings.
Regardless of the position, Peter Piper Pizza does not allow their employees to have visible tattoos on the head, neck, or face above the uniform and no visible tattoos on arms or hands except for one smaller than 1 inch by 1 inch unless concealed with clothing or naturally colored concealer.
Team members' uniform:
All team members will receive two work shirts and a hat with the Peter Piper Pizza logo. Team members must provide their own black pants and black non-slip shoes. Hair longer than shoulder length should be tied back.
Management uniforms:
Restaurant managers have an option on shorts that they can wear. For example, it can be a long-sleeved dress shirt in white, solid light colors, business stripes, or a Peter Piper Pizza logo shirt purchased from the Manager Uniform Catalogue.
Managers must provide their own dress pants that are professional-looking, clean, wrinkle-resistant, and in good repair. A brown or black belt must also be worn when pant belt loops are present. Shoes must be a dark color, leather type, and closed-toe.
For safety reasons, employees are not permitted to wear platform shoes, sandals, moccasins, construction/Doc Marten style shoes/boots, or shoes with heel heights of three" or more. Shoes that are labeled as slip-resistant must be worn.
