What is the dress code at Polaris Industries?

Jeans may be allowed in some settings, depending on the position and location. Jeans should be dressy and not ripped, torn, or disheveled.

For some management or director-level positions, business professional attire may be required, especially for larger corporate meetings, events, or group settings. Examples of appropriate business professional clothing include:

• Pressed slacks, skirts, or dresses

• Pressed button-down shirts or blouses

• Flats, pumps, or heels (less than 3 inches high)

• Oxfords or loafers

• Minimal jewelry

• Simple ties (steer away from bold colors and patterns)

For remote positions, the dress code is much more lax; however, you should still attempt to be professional in appearance. Avoid pajamas and bedhead.

For manufacturing positions, jeans and tee shirts are acceptable; however, employees will be required to wear steel-toed boots and safety glasses. Jewelry will be kept to a minimum.
