After applying, you receive a call from an Aluminum Shapes representative to set up your first interview. Aluminum Shapes typically has two interviews during the hiring process, one with Human Resources and another with a department head.

The Human Resource interview covers your general experience, as well as some scenario-based and behavioral questions.
