Some positions may require that you take pymetrics tests, to help determine the program or area for which you are best suited. These tests are typically required of applicants who are students without formal job experience.

Before beginning work with the company, a small percentage of applicants will be required to submit to drug testing. The company maintains a standard 5% of new hires with a passing drug screening. The candidates are randomly selected by a computer, and are tested using urine samples.
