What is the hiring process at Parexel?

To apply, you first need to create an account with a username and password. One plus side of doing this is that you are able to check on the status of your online application at any time during the hiring process.

The online application takes around five to ten minutes to complete and includes an option to upload your resume, cover letter, and any additional documents you have that may be relevant, including your references and/or your work portfolio. Phone Screening

The phone screening is the next step in the hiring process and is done with the company recruiter. The goal of this step is all about finding the right fit for you and for them. Their recruiters work with you and their hiring managers to bring together a team and culture where everyone can grow and be successful.

Interview Sessions

The interview session may be conducted on-site or remotely using a webcam. Sometimes it may include two or more interviews starting with HR and someone from clinical. Anticipate a lot of job-specific questions mixed with some behavioral and personality questions to determine if you would be a good fit with the company and its culture.
